Why Plyo?

Team practice alone is no longer enough to develop the necessary skills to be successful in today’s Junior, Senior, High or College Sports Programs. About Coach Mike Rangel – Founder of PlyoCity Youth Development
Mike Rangel has been studying and training athletes for over 20 years. As a “High Flyer” at Long Beach State on the men’s volleyball team in the 70’s, Mike was recognized as someone who truly understood jumping.
