About Our Mobile/Stationary Programs

Dear Coach,

The following is some information about Plyometric Training and our Mobile Plyo Program. Over the past 8 years PlyoCity has trained over 30,000 athletes representing 18 different sports ranging in age from 8 to 40 plus. We offer a Plyo workout that is safe, efficient and the most intense in the country. Best of all it’s- affordable and we guarantee to drastically change the foot speed quickness and explosiveness of every athlete PlyoCity trains.

Mobile Price List

This price sheet is based on a 3 month minimum commitment. (Standard price for individual to train with Plyo City at or stationary facilities is $89.00 per month (1 Plyo session per week) or $149 per month (2 Plyo sessions per week).
