PlyoCity’s popular Friday Night Training will start up again this December. Each Friday volleyball players looking to take their game to the next level will get both volleyball skills and plyometric training all in one intense session.
Volleyball training is 45 minutes of fast paced drills towards a specific volleyball skill. The other 45 minutes is dedicated to improving athletic performance with our proven plyometric speed, agility and jump training.

4th – Serve/Serve Receive
11th – Defense/ Attacking
18th – Aggressive Net Play
