CELEBRATING 14 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE IN SUMMER PROGRAMS 

PlyoCity is hosting the most complete volleyball training programs in the area. The combination of our complete volleyball programs, with the opportunity to train all summer long, and PlyoCity’s premier speed and agility program is one of the best ways to maximize results and take their game to the next level. This summer’s programs will be challenging, intense and rewarding for all participants.

14th Annual Complete Volleyball Skill Training

The game of volleyball requires repetition of skills and reinforcement of good habits. This camp is unlike any other as it provides twice per week training and playing throughout the summer for repetition and consistency. Each week players will participate in:
  • Drills to improve skills (45mins- each night)
  • Structured game competition (30 mins- each night)
  • PlyoCity’s proven plyometric workout to improve foot speed, agility, explosion and vertical leap(45mins each night)

Weekend Positional Clinics

These one day clinics, offered throughout the summer, feature low coach to player ratio to work on individual skill development. (20 Participant Maximum)

High School Tryout Preparation Clinic

This popular clinic is a terrific way to sharpen player skills prior to high school tryouts.
  • Designed to prepare physically and mentally to perform to the highest level at tryouts.
  • Led by local varsity coaches, current professional players, former and active collegiate players.
  • Individual evaluation at the conclusion of the camp.

PRE – SUMMER Evaluations – Saturday, May 18th

one hour session with a professional coach who will evaluate player strengths, weaknesses and areas of improvement.  Coaches will test player vertical, speed, agility and evaluate skill levels in serving, hitting, passing, defense and setting.  This provides a professional assessment to allow players and parents to formulate the best training plan for the summer and beyond.

NEW!! – College Training & Preparation

PlyoCity has trained players in the summer from SLU, UMSL, WASH U, LINDENWOOD and other players in town who played all over the country and internationally.  This programs provides a way for current college and players starting college ball in the fall to get quality touches all summer. PlyoCity is bringing back the competition of college ball to Elite Performance every Tuesday & Thursday from 715pm-915pm. (June & July – starting June 4th – July 25th)
-Compete, train and condition! Return to school with skills sharp and in great shape.

NEW!!- 3rd -5th graders

Start young and be prepared for fall ball and beyond.  PlyoCity’s middle school program is amazing and now it is available to young players.  Sign up soon & bring your friends.  Get the best fundamental coaching when you need it most- at the beginning of your volleyball career!  Start soon with good habits & premier training.
